Built for control, not surveillance
HomeFlowHub was created out of frustration with cloud-dependent smart home devices that stop working when servers go down or companies lose interest.
Our Vision
Smart home control should be instant, reliable, and private. It shouldn't require an internet connection to turn on your bedroom lights or depend on a company's servers staying online.
HomeFlowHub operates locally first. Your Philips Hue integration talks directly to your bridge. Your settings stay encrypted on your device. Optional cloud integrations like IFTTT are just that—optional.
We believe in open development, clear specifications, and giving users full control over their devices. That's why we publish our API documentation, support OTA updates, and design for extensibility.
Privacy by Design
Core functionality works entirely offline. Your home automation doesn't need our servers to function.
All credentials and settings are encrypted at rest using hardware-backed AES encryption.
We don't collect usage data, analytics, or any information about your smart home setup.
Full API documentation and specifications are public. Build your own integrations.

Built by Makers
HomeFlowHub is developed by a small team of hardware and firmware engineers who believe smart home devices should be reliable, private, and user-controlled. We're makers first, building the tools we wish existed.
